**About the Job:**
An opportunity has arisen for an **Assistant Manager** to join the **Sports and Leisure** team in **Jumeirah Al Naseem** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Manage and supervise the Sports & Leisure team, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper lifeguard coverage, and efficient scheduling, including breaks and rotations.
+ Conduct guest satisfaction checks, handle complaints, and ensure high service standards across beach and pool areas.
+ Maintain training records, ensure all team members complete monthly training, and conduct audits per safety guidelines.
+ Enforce health and safety policies, respond to emergencies, oversee proper use of equipment, and ensure all staff understand emergency procedures.
+ Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and ready for guests; report damaged or unsafe equipment and maintain operational readiness.
+ Complete and submit reports, checklists, and safety inspections accurately and on time; maintain organized files and documentation.
**About You:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ Minimum 1 year in a leadership role within lifeguard operations and recreation.
+ Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
+ Proficient in MS Office and skilled in special facilities lifeguarding.
+ Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
