Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Client Solutions

The Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Client Solutions supports both sales conversion process and client servicing across group medical insurance and individual product transitions. This role acts as a key liaison for managing the end-to-end process of converting group members to individual plans, SME group client management, ensuring smooth onboarding, servicing, and renewals. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless client experience and drive business growth through targeted conversion efforts. Assist in any ad-hoc business projects and initiatives as needed

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion – Group to Individual

Lead the end-to-end process of converting group medical policies to individual medical insurance products and internal staff plans. By managing pre-sales inquiries, quotation preparation, policy issuance, to ensure seamless sales experience.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Underwriting, and external partners including brokers and clients, to ensure efficient execution of conversion and servicing processes.

Support the Voluntary Medical Insurance Scheme (VHIS) for Civil Servants, including contract handling, roadshows, and promotional activities as required.

Client and Business Support

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned group clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding, servicing, and renewal of group medical policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client and broker contacts, particularly within the SME segment, to support their strategic goals and drive engagement.

Provide timely support for escalated client and broker inquiries, particularly around claims and billing matters. Ensure issues are resolved effectively, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and trust.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder with at least 2-3 years’ working experience

IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are required

Prior experience with health insurance conversions or related administrative roles is preferred

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day priorities

Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Immediately available candidates are preferred.

Candidate with less experience will be considered at Senior Officer level
