Ready to Make an impact? This position helps to oversee the implementation of Division Grocery Merchandising programs. Responsible for sales, displays, ordering, inventory control and minimizing out-of-stocks within the department; the overall presentation and profitability of the department, while providing excellence in world-class customer service. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: + Supervise staff to include scheduling and assigning duties. + Implement all merchandising program + Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness, inventory control, rotation, ordering and world-class customer service + Responsible for ordering and inventory control + Monitor to ensure schematic integrity, as well as 100% compliance on ad item display. + Ensure proper backroom procedures are being met + Ensure paperwork, as set by the division, is followed + Responsible for the sales and profitability of the department + Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages + Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff + Lead/coach store employees; responsible for ensuring employees provide world-class customer service + Reduce out-of-stocks + Perform all other related duties assigned by Store Manager What you have to offer:
