THE JOB:

The Salt & Ivy Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage’s Salt & Ivy, our award winning casual dining restaurant. You will partner with back of house, lead a team to create WOW memories and play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY: 

Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation. Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees. Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Is 21+ years of ageHas a High School Diploma, GED or equivalentHas 2+ years of previous experiencePassionate about creating memorable experiences and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.Inspiring Leader who leads with confidence and sets a positive example for the entire team.
