Assist with the Development of Rent Advisory fee generation opportunities.Assist with the delivery of revenue targets.Assist with valuation instructions for both rating and rent review instructions. Be familiar with an prepare rental valuations using comparable market data, profit and loss statements and replacement cost data. Analyse market trends and recognise these within the valuation advice. Research case law, statue and understand application of derived precedents.Assist with the delivery of strategies to achieve desired results and implement these within the negotiation process. Assist with the provision of strategic advice to clients on rating and rent review matters. Foster existing client relationships and cultivate business for the team.Provide high quality real estate valuation/consulting services including but not limited to property market research, conducting valuation analysis, site inspections, feasibility studies, financial analysis, etc. with the focus on Hong KongPromote the other areas of activities with JLL
