Role Brief:-
Production Planner and Scheduler to manage and optimise Production and Inventory Management maintaining high standards of delivery with efficiency in a food manufacturing unit.
Production Planning
Manage and adjust detailed production plans based on customer orders and forecast. Co-ordinate with Internal stake holders to align priorities and deliver adapting to changes. Balance production loads across all lines considering, constraints and meeting deliveries.
Material Call of Management
Monitor lead times to avoid stock out positions, collaboration with vendors,[ viz. Bulk] warehouse teams and Import teams for urgent material deliveries and facilitate New Product Development requests.
Detailed Scheduling
Considering capacity, labour, and material availability prepare a detailed plan ensuring minimal disruptions and meeting the deliveries.
Sequencing of production to avoid un-necessary changeovers and elevate operational efficiency.
Inventory Management
Maintain Optimal inventory levels of RM/PM & FG to prevent stock outs and overstocking. Close co-ordination with Warehouse and Procurement teams to improve inventory control. Addressing Stock at Risks and ensure to maintain the minimal with action plans
Cross Functional Collaboration
Data driven actions to deal with Internal & External stake holders viz. Quality , Procurement and Central Planning team to improve lead times ensuring material availability. Work closely on NPD requests to ensuring deliveries

Minimum 5-7 plus years in food manufacturing with multiple lines with adaptability to changing priorities in dynamic environment
Strong Knowledge of SAP and collaborative MS office Tools
Strong Communication skills
