Intro:

You will be a key member in our team responsible to maintain a good relationship with our clients and provide professional company secretarial services with core areas of responsibility.

 

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Acting as a relationship manager with clients Provide advisory service to clients on company secretarial matters Proactively seek new ideas and innovative solutions to support clients, seek opportunities for operational improvement to enhance efficiency Working closely with CSC offices in other locations Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of offshore companies (including Cayman Islands and BVI jurisdictions) professionally including: Incorporation and deregistration of companies in different jurisdictions Preparation of minutes & resolutions etc. Managing and organizing the portfolio statutory filings Reviewing agreements and contracts Changing in shareholdings and directorships Coordinate compliance and client acceptance Other ad hoc projects

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Degree or diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or a related discipline Minimum of 6 years’ related experience in a professional firm or law firm (less experience will be also considered) HKCGI/CGI membership will be an advantage Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese (i.e. Mandarin and Cantonese) Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
