What You’ll Do:

Welcome members and guests and ensure an exceptional front desk experienceGuide guests through membership options and help them find what’s right for themSupport, coach and motivate the front desk teamTrack membership and sales performanceDevelop strong relationships with members and guestsHelp with day-to-day operations, promotions and eventsContribute to a calm, professional and wellness-centered vibe

 

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of sales or member services experience with at least 6 months in team lead roleClear communicator and great with peopleOrganized, dependable and able to multi-taskComfortable talking about wellness and membership benefitsPositive attitude and coachable mindsetTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

And you must be available to work some evening and weekend shifts.

 

Pay & Perks:
