The beach resort also boasts a wide choice of dining options, including signature outlet Bastion, recently rated as one of the top restaurants recognised in the prestigious Gault&Millau UAE Guide 2022. **About the Job:** An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Assistant Manager** to join The **Marketing** team in **J Club.** The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: + Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives and handling day-to-day marketing operations. + Ensure all marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and develop hotel-level brand assets and collateral. + Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, adhering to visual style guidelines, and maintain the hotel’s image library. + Assist in developing and executing an annual PR plan, managing PR activities and events, responding to media queries, and updating media kits. + Develop and execute an annual social media plan, support social media shoots, maintain social media channels, and create monthly social media reports. + Support the activation of strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning. **About you** : The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + A professional certificate, diploma, bachelor’s or professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field is essential. A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification is desirable. + 3–5 years of experience in marketing and advertising, ideally within luxury brands or the hospitality industry. + Strong proficiency in spoken and written business English, any second language will be an advantage. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
