Job Summary
We are looking for External Field Sales Engineer (Disruptor) who will be responsible for managing and achieving sales for Emerson’s Highly differentiated product solutions (HDS) Products, Boundless Automation Solutions I.e. Wireless Technology Pervasive Sensors, Plantweb Software Analytics portfolio and Tank Gauging Level system and corrosion portfolio for Northern Region, also handle Key accounts (for driving Measurement Business). They should have the ability to be persistent and is also tenacious in ensuring that given goals are being achieved.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Early engagement with Key accounts / End Users / OEMs and Effective coverage of OEMs, EPCs and End Users in Northern region. Responsible for Booking Targets, tracking all end user projects in advance and positioning of upselling our HDS, Wireless Products. Handles and collaborates with field sales team having overall responsibility to Meet/Exceed Budget/Targets. Planning of travel to the various end user industrial customers clusters and presentation to customers, preparing the customer matrix, Identifying the decision makers of upcoming projects and collaborating with them for business. Creating demand for Emerson’s Highly differentiated solutions (HDS) Products, Boundless Automation Solutions like Wireless Technology Pervasive Sensors, Plantweb Software Analytics portfolio and Tank Gauging Level system and corrosion portfolio. Develop and establish relationships with key customer decision-making teams to influence and gain market share of Wireless transmitter Products. Protecting and expanding the Wireless install base customers. Regular meeting with key customer’s top-level engagement and communicating them about product superiority / build differentiation and develop new customers / markets. Team Collaboration: Internal / external customers communication, open-mindedness, and conflict resolution when working with other team members on a joint objective. For This Role, You Will Need:
Tech Savvy, Demonstrated Good Presentation Skills. Agile, Result oriented with customer -centric approach, with good communication skills. This role demands frequent travelling to the customers in industrial clusters of North regions. Strong Customer Focus with Sales Experience with adequate technical knowledge of measurement technology field instrument products. Experience in Pressure, Temp, Level, Wireless, and Tank gauging products field instruments products. Enthusiastic, proactive, persuasive in dealing with internal and external mid/high level customers. Have consistency in meeting the targets & sales order commitments, diverse industry and customer segments. Teammate and collaborates well with focus on Building effective wireless funnel.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
B.E Instrumentation or equivalent Engineering degree from reputed Institution with 10+ Years Experience in Sales function. Experience on field instrumentation transmitters / Wireless / Analytics Software and level products is preferableOur Culture & Commitment to You
