**About the Job**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Assistant Manager - Front Office** to join **Jumeirah Al Naseem** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
+ Oversee daily guest arrival preparations, including VIP room readiness, amenities, and special requests to ensure a seamless arrival experience
+ Supervise Guest Services Executives and Guest Relations colleagues, providing coaching and support to uphold exceptional service standards.
+ Personally greet VIP and suite guests upon arrival, offering warm and professional assistance tailored to their preferences.
+ Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are addressed to maintain guest satisfaction.
+ Engage regularly with in-house guests to gather feedback, promote services, and encourage completion of guest satisfaction surveys.
+ Coordinate guest events such as welcome cocktails, ensuring smooth communication with other departments for flawless execution.
**About You**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ **UAE National as per government requirements.**
+ 2 years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.
+ Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
+ Fluent in English, both oral and written.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Property Management Systems (Opera).
