Position: Sr Financial Reporting Location: Denver, CO Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 Relocation Assistance: Discretionary within CO Benefits: Robust Bonus: yes **EDUCATION** Bachelors degree in accounting or finance Masters in accounting preferred CPA required **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** Strong experience with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation responsibilities Financial statement review in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations or have assisted Consolidated financial reporting process 3-5 years Financial review and analysis 3-5 years Reporting for global company Proven experience in public accounting auditing a publicly traded company or working in an industry role where you are the point person to support external audits.
