You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. You are responsible in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition at the same time in implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Engineering Manager and have knowledge in Safety Security, The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, with knowledge in preventive maintenance, special projects, and building systems such as air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, fire protection, and hydraulics. A professional certificate in Safety and Security is an added advantage.
