Global Processes related to Tax/ FT

Study of requirements for process automation/ digitizationPreparation of user story and preparation of test scenariosProcess documentationsUse of various project management tools e.g. FM ALM, SolMan, T&RTesting and resolution of defects

Compliance Management Processes in SAP environment:

 

Implementation of new & updating of existing business models and SD processes in SAP ENVIRONMENT (e.g. creation of new entities, plants via SAP support)

            - Business partners master data management: classification of customers

            - Material master data management: classification of items

            - Providing business requirement, updating workbook

            - Test scenario creations and support in testing & feedback

Implementation of new & updating of existing Sanctioned Party List Processes in SAP systems and its interface managementSPL is a dynamic list with regular updates: interface/update of SPL with SAP GTSSensitive country updatesDesign of risk oriented controls in SAP EnvironmentOptimization of current SAP  processesRoll-out projects of SAP and GTSProviding business requirements, test scenarios and test feedback approvalsInterface to a) SAP Support Team in India and b) to CI organizationImplementation of SAP-GTS connectivity to local ERP systemsProject managementIdentity Management SAP environment, authorization of SAP usersTraining of SAP -GTS system users

Qualifications

BE, BBM, B Com, BCA/MCA, MBA, ICWA, CA

Additional Information

Experience:

Sound knowledge of Export Control Regulations/ Foreign Trade5-8 years of experienceProcess management experience and IT know-howVery good knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into SD/MM/FIBroader process understanding (E2E process thinking)
