Assistant Manager Consumer Journey Integration

This position plays a critical role in support accelerating growth of adidas KIDS.
She/he will be facilitating consumer journey integration with a strategic focus on digital&social, partner activation & new initiatives which delivers impact to the market.
She/he will drive brand governance with team to accelerate adidas KIDS business uplift on the market.
In this context, she/he be working with internal key stakeholders & external agencies, partners to deliver brand objective on consistent basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use market, industry, regional, consumer data and insights to identify the best opportunities. Keep monitoring market trends and work with internal research team to add value from brand /communications strategy on the consist basis. Execute kids’ social priorities & roll-out plan Engage with brand partner on KIDS to create success together Drive synergy with x-function team (media team, CRM, retail marketing, store design, digital team, SPOMA and cultural marketing) to ensure the best-in-class execution. Capable to leverage and facilitate x-cat campaign assets shooting/activations to make the best use of brand partners Support on new initiatives that benefit kids business growth Proactively manage with agencies and vendors with corporate compliance guidelines.
KPIS:
Social: Social buzz ranking, share of voice, content ROI, sentiment, engagement growth Consumer Activation: Participation rates, sales lift, brand sentiment. IMC O2O: Campaign integration quality, offline-to-digital conversion. Brand Health: Net Promoter Score (NPS), spontaneous purchase intent.

KEY CRITERIA
Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in/with sports brand, retail industry, FMCG and start-up company will be preferred. Demonstrate strong marketing capabilities from insights, identify challenges & opps, to initiatives & collaborations. Proven experience in digital & social, partner activations, community is preferred. passion and knowledge of sports will be valuable. Result/KPI oriented and proactive. Able to handle stress from timeline and working scope. Stay nimble & act fast.COMMUNICATION
Possess strong communication skills, excellent command of English, on top of Chinese-Mandarin. Good presenter and be able to present in high stake meeting with bilingual approach.CRITICAL THINKING
Demonstrate critical thinking ability, identifies critical issues with reason, logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions. Out of box /forward thinking, sensitive to new trend and be able to translate to meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.
