Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement civil engineering plans and strategies. Managing and supervising construction activities, including site preparation, foundation construction, and structural integrity. Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Resolving any civil engineering issues or challenges that may arise during project execution. Ensuring all civil engineering activities align with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Reporting project progress and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Contributing to the continuous improvement of civil engineering processes and best practices within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

 

6-12 years of experience in civil engineering within the thermal projects industry. Demonstrated experience in managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
