Wherever your skills lie, we’ll help you to learn and develop, supporting you along the way in our inclusive culture. **_Roles and Responsibilities_** + _Partner with commercial in driving Franchise business, liaison with the franchise business partners in timely closure of commercial arrangements on an ongoing basis._ + _Support contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders._ + _Support, Partner and enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV and Pricing._ + _Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing._ + _Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments._ + _Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with the contracts._ + _Support in validating partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies._ + _Assist DBSI with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries._ + _Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, give them the business context leading to timely resolution of queries_ + _Preparing of finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g. Franchise BPM)_ + _Fulfilling of various ad hoc reporting requirements_ + _Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution_ + _Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities._ + _External and Internal Audit Liaison_ **_EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS:_** + _CA/CA Inter/M.Com/B.Com with 2 -3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management_ + _Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint_ + _Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills_ + _Detail-oriented with strong process adherence_ + _Strong in business partnering and collaboration_ + _Exposure to ERP systems like SAP_ **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
