Ensure smooth and compliant functioning of all administrative operations by managing employee facilities, office infrastructure, statutory documentation, vendor coordination, and employee engagement activities. The Admin Manager plays a key role in supporting HR, EHS, plant other teams through effective execution of onboarding, communication, audits, compliance processes, while maintaining a safe, efficient, employee-friendly workplace environment, also record keeping.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEmployee Records & Communication
Manage employee files, master data, onboarding to exit documentation, and all employee letters. Maintain communication boards, support committee meetings, and ensure compliance.
Facilities, Supplies & Infrastructure
Oversee issuance of PPEs, uniforms, ID cards, joining kits, laptops, and health check-ups. Manage office supplies, seating, pantry, OHC, training rooms, gardens, and infrastructure upkeep.
Canteen, Transport & Guest Services
Handle food quality, hygiene, transport planning, vendor management, grievance resolution, and guest/visitor logistics including visa and relocation support.
Engagement, Events & Communication
Execute skip-level meetings, recognition events, and engagement calendar activities. Maintain event photos for Kaleidoscope documentation.
Housekeeping, Security & Safety
Monitor housekeeping, pest control, CCTV, contractor compliance, and SOP execution. Celebrate national holidays and festivals as per the calendar.
Insurance & Statutory Compliance
Administer employee and asset insurance (GPA, GMC, GTL, etc.). Ensure compliance with SOX, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and customer-specific requirements.
MIS, Reporting & Budgeting
Update MIS in local/global systems, support audits, and manage admin-related budgeting and cost control.
