**Process Overview***
CFO Data Management India team was set up in 2023 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to CFO Data Management, part of Enterprise CFO functions, consolidating legacy functions of Finance Data Management and Treasury Data Management. The capabilities hosted include Data Analysis, Product specialists with understanding of underlying Data for Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing and Finance Systems Support
Data Management team enables the Finance Organization and supports data needs of finance business users.
The Data Management team engages in various activities (including, but not limited to):
+ Regulatory Reporting related data management Activities: Team support activities related to US Regulatory reports, data validation and resolution of Data quality issues.
+ Team performs a critical role in providing centralized support for products such as Loans, Deposits, Derivatives, Cards etc. Data Quality/Validation and analysis for internal and external regulatory reporting.
+ Team is engaged in activities such as validation of data for regulatory reports, data quality issue resolution, data reconciliation with authoritative sources and posting adjustments. Team actively works on strategic initiatives aimed at improving the quality of numbers reported in regulatory reports.
+ Data Sourcing and provisioning: This includes defining and implementing data provisioning strategy to source the data from all lines of business into regulatory reports and management reports. Team is actively involved in sourcing initiatives where it works with various source systems, technology teams and report owners to source the data into regulatory reports as per regulator and stakeholder requirements.
**Job Description***
Supporting Global Regulatory Reporting team to enrich the regulatory reporting by performing Daily, and Monthly Data Controls and Reconciliations to cover data Gaps and needs to perform set of controls for reference data management at product and reference data level. Data controls and data validations and reconciliations are to achieve a greater control on data prior the submission of regulatory reports to regulators.
The role will involve collaborating with multiple onshore business partners across the bank to understand different reporting systems. The candidate will be required to understand the regulatory reports and need to proactively engage with the onshore change management and technology teams responsible for improving our data quality and assist efforts on feed development / enhancement and overall process design to close the gaps identified. Also, the candidate should have advanced level of Alteryx and SQL knowledge to work on process enhancement and automations.
**Responsibilities***
+ Analyze and reconcile data in Liquidity Risk systems and investigate differences.
+ Validates data and signs off on reports within test environments to confirm Business Intelligence tool accuracy, functionality and Enterprise Data Management Standards (EDM) are met
+ Understand, explore and achieve the scope of automation and remediation after coordinating with downstream and upstream stakeholders like middle office, finance and treasury operation and other related business functions
+ Engagement with Global liquidity Management and treasury data management SME and other stakeholders to discuss the new requirements via intake forms and to understand the new requirements along with the expansion on validation and analytical process.
+ Partnering with external and internal auditors to drive the soundness and successfully execution of internal control programs
+ Perform manual adjustments on daily/weekly/Monthly basis and co -ordinate initial escalation and reporting management to address exceptions, threshold breaches and data quality/data gap remediation
+ Engage with business and technical stakeholders at varied levels to align on key objectives and provide data control oversight and proactively escalate and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to applicable regulators and policies
+ Assessing and documenting internal control weaknesses for SOX and Regulatory Reporting
+ Environments in various areas of the bank (Finance, Middle Office, Operations and Treasury) to enable comparison with data held in Liquidity risk system
+ Work with business partners to expand data validation and analytical processes
+ Quantify and articulate data integrity issues
+ Engaging with technology, middle office, finance, and operations teams to remediate issues
+ Interaction with Line of Business and other business partners to discuss any issues.

**Education***
BE/B Tech./MCA/ MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications
Certifications If Any NA
**Experience Range***
4 to 8 years of Techno-Functional experience in Finance/Banking domain with SQL/Alteryx/Tableau experience.
**Foundational skills***
+ Good understanding of Regulatory/Liquidity reporting
+ Advanced MS Excel/SQL skills/Alteryx/Tableau
+ Experience in driving change process/ re-engineering & automations
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self-manage and prioritize
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
+ Dynamic, high energy, solid work ethic, willing to take on initiatives.
+ Able to excel and influence in a cross-functional team structure.
+ Flexibility and good negotiations skills
**Desired skills**
+ Working knowledge of SQL / Alteryx/ Tableau
