What You’ll Do:

Support the Manager in overseeing daily business operations

Supervise and motivate team members to meet goals

Ensure top-tier customer service standards are upheld

Assist with scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

Help train new staff and support a positive work culture

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a passion for team success

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Flexible availability, including some weekends or evenings
