Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Execute accurate and timely processing of trust-related client and trustee payments, by maintaining high service quality through efficient productivity handling of daily operations and ad-hoc reporting tasksCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold service standards and delivery by displaying confidence to work independently, as well as strong resilience to working under pressureAssist in delivering compliant trust/estate administration alongside Trust Relationship Managers (TRMs)Support the Team Head in implementing operational strategies and achieving business goals, whilst actively practicing speak up culture in seeking improvements in ways of workingContribute to continuous process efficiency improvement through a transformational mindsetContribute to a strong compliance culture in line with Group policies and regularity expectations
