About the Role

To support the end-to-end execution of training programs and assist in delivering quality learning experiences. The role contributes to content delivery, coordination, and reporting, while supporting the training team in key operational and project-based initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person, virtual, and recorded training sessions as assigned.Adapt delivery style to audience needs and ensure a positive learning environment.Provide post-training support and clarification as needed.Assist in coordinating training logistics, enrolment, schedules, and communication.Support implementation of new training initiatives under guidance from the Training Manager.Provide training-related support during onsite activities.Provide feedback to improve training materials based on trainers and participants experience.Ensure content used is aligned with the latest approved version.Track training attendance, engagement, and feedback.Identify noticeable patterns in learner performance and raise to Manager for review.Compile daily, weekly, and monthly training data as requested by the Training Manager.Assist in preparing basic analysis of participation and feedback for internal reporting.Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of training records and learning data.Support automation of reports where applicable, under the Manager’s direction.Collaborate with trainers and internal stakeholders to support training updates or initiatives.Relay content changes or cross-functional inputs to the training team.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of working experiences in training, learning & development, or agency development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.Strong facilitation and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and training platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams)Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical skills for reporting and insightsRelevant licenses and certifications in training, facilitation, or instructional design are an advantage.
