Assistant Manager, Technical Sales(006912)
Main Tasks:
1. Sales Management:
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to meet sales targets
• Develop and implement sales plans based on margin, price, volume, and other KPIs.
• Manage customer orders, delivery follow-ups, and fulfillment.
• Prepare regular business and customer visit reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with business rules and pricing strategies.
• Support long-term contract proposals and negotiations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

2. Order and Credit Management:
• Oversee order processing and logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and credit limits to ensure financial health.

3. Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and applications.
• Explore cross-functional synergies to generate growth.

4. Market Intelligence:
• Track industry trends to support strategic planning.
• Gather market and competitor insights through various channels.

5. Strategic Support:
• Assist in decisions related to product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS and legal policies.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in technical sales or service, preferably in industrial or chemical sectors.
• Skills: Strong commercial and technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Has strong familiarity with regional customers and maintains a well-established professional network in Fujian.
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese. Added advantage if able to communicate in Minnan dialect preferred)
