Main Tasks:
- Provide fast and professional injection molding technical service to customers independently in fast, efficient and professional manner; Technical Implementation (new/current applications with existing solutions)
- On-site and off-site technical support in processing / products aspects (e.g., Provide technical support or guidance to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling / follow-up complaints on technical related issues).
- Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations / problems on product performance/ technical service needs to verify product suitability to application
- Coordinate closely within internal team to ensure that consistent quality products are produced under required product specifications.
- Prepare and keep documentation of all technical activities
- Manage routine work in accordance of BASF and local EHS regulation



Main Requirements:-
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years working experience in TPU industry, or related polymer industry, especially the experience of trouble shooting in extrusion processing
- Good computer operation skill including good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English in reading and writing, nice to have ability to speak English.
