**Job Summary** : The Talent Acquisition Operations role will focus on developing and implementing operational strategies to support the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams, specifically in relation to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature. This role is non-recruitment-focused and will not involve direct recruitment activities. Instead, this person will oversee the day-to-day operations of Avature, ensuring robust system and data governance, enhancing process improvements, optimizing user experiences, and providing comprehensive training. This position is essential for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the tools used by our recruiters and People Operations team, enabling the People team to operate at peak performance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** :
+ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the end-to-end recruiting process, leveraging technology and streamlining processes.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and technology adoption, partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders.
+ Oversee the testing and validation of new enhancements to the ATS, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers on the ATS, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
+ Analyze and report on key metrics and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition leaders, People team, and D&T partners.
+ Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in TA operations.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** :
+ 5+ years of experience in relevant functions, with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption and experiences with ATS would be advantageous.
+ Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to various audiences.
+ Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
+ Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in video creation tools and data visualization tools.
+ Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
