How will you make an impact in this role? 

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Assistant Manager to join the International Card Services (ICS) Acquisition Marketing Team. As part of the Paid Channels Team, the Assistant Manager of Social and Direct Media, is responsible for developing strategies for B2B and B2C prospect card acquisition via key social media platforms and direct media partners. Key to the role will be the ability to lead data driven marketing campaigns and optimisations, as well as leverage relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Reporting to the Paid Channels Manager, you will:

Bring Subject Matter Expertise: You will help lead and optimise the Acquisition Paid Media strategy and measurement for Small Business and Consumer Card products.  Define and Develop E2E Strategy: You will develop an end-to-end strategy to define what winning looks like in the channel in partnership with key stakeholders. Specifically, you will lead the test and learn agenda, optimization strategy and make recommendations to maximize performance.  Be Results Oriented: You will be accountable for consistently delivering performance against goals to reach and convert prospects.  Turn a Love of Data into Actionable Insights: You will use data to analyse and assess audience strategy, creative, partner and product performance, identifying areas of optimisation and opportunities for growth.  Champion Attribution & Measurement: You will own the social media measurement strategy in partnership with key stakeholders to determine impact across acquisition channels.  Execute Flawlessly: You will be accountable for go-to-market execution including tagging, tracking, and campaign infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Communications Relevant work experience in a high-growth digital environment with paid social experience as a strong plus Deep understanding of the paid media landscape, partner management experience and ability to stay ahead of a changing environment A collaborative style of doing business with an ability to influence, gain support and achieve outcomes with key stakeholders both across the organisation and externally. Creativity and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Proven ability to deliver results by leading innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns Analytical and data handling capabilities to support ongoing campaign forecasting and assessment including the monitoring of marketing channel performance.  Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all marketing communications and operational processes.
