Main Task
- Develop, Align and Execute account strategies to meet business targets
- Understand customer technology trends, competitive environment and strategic customer needs
- build KAM customer relationships in line with account plans
- Develop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers
- Utilize strong sales skills to represent product portfolio to customers
- Collect customer processes and secure trials of new materials and support exiting product sales
- Effectively negotiate supply contracts and pricing.
- Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals
- Deliver a high level of KAM service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues
- Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities
- Enter and track new opportunities for new product launch
- Successfully convert opportunities leading to sales growth
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing, etc.
- Responsible for demand plan and sales forecast accuracy
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Working Experience: 2-3 working experience in sales and marketing
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: semiconductor industry working experience will be preferred
- Professional skills of marketing data reporting / presentation skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
