Responsibilities

Oversee the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.Works with internal executives to determine annual strategic direction.Supports assigned local branch with marketing programs and promotions and manages marketing budget and oversees all marketing spending.Implements and oversees all marketing initiatives within assigned product category including launching of new productsManages relationships with key internal (operations, logistics, supply chain, product allocation, etc.) and external partners (customers, trainers, agencies, third party companies, etc.)Creates and analyzes marketing strategies for local markets and evaluates price position strategiesEvaluates channel marketing opportunities and executes appropriate marketing plansDetermines appropriate partner marginsPerforms market research on assigned product category as neededGenerates month-end inventory reports and sets marketing programs to shift aging inventoryReviews retail/distribution channel performance and manages accordinglyManages sales teams towards monthly and quarterly sales objectives and ensures strategic direction is implementedPrepares presentations to key partners on all products within assigned categorySchedules and attends customer training meetingsPrepares for and attends trade shows to promote products within assigned product categorySets marketing programs to shift aging inventoryGenerates performance reports to top managementOther duties to be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management or other related fields.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management from MNC. Prior experience in Home Appliances preferred.Strong analytical and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, goals oriented individual who can accomplish personal and business goals within established time frames.Ability to work under pressure and able to solve problem with immediate actionGood command of Microsoft Office especially MS ExcelAbility to travel upcountry as assigned.
