We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Medical Service - Claims Insights Analyst (12 months Fixed Term Contract).

Principal Responsibilities

Trend Analysis: Collect, Analyse, interpret large sets of Employee Benefits (EB) Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) Claims data and identify trends, patters insights for cost savings FWA (Fraud, waste and Abuse) detection/prevention on regular intervalsMIS Reporting: Develop and maintain regular MIS reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations in a timely accurate mannerSupport cross functions: Handle data queries from internal teams by providing additional analysis insightsCompliance Standards: Ensure all data analytics and reporting activities adhere to relevant regulations standardsClaims Deep dives: Ability to write, collaborate and publish internal external papers on Claims deep dives, trend analysis, medical inflation, product proposition and other relevant topics on Medical claimsCollaborate with medical community and the insurance industry in order to generate meaningful insights from industryAutomation efficiency: Review reporting and data preparation accuracy and develop automation to improve the turn around time of report generationPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by line manager to drive business requirements
