Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, partnerships and events to promote the company's brand, products and services. This role assists with market research, content creation, campaign, event and partnership management, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to gather insights on target customers, competitors, and industry trendsSupport the development of marketing plans, campaigns, events, content and promotion communicationsCoordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and events across various offline and online channelsMonitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimizationAssist with the management of marketing budgets, key stakeholder, partner and vendor relationshipsStay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with channels, product and other teams to align on marketing initiativesProvide administrative support and ad-hoc support to the Marketing Manager as neededQualifications:
