We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Fraud Operations.
Principal responsibilities
Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures in own teamDevelop and implement strategies to prevent and reduce fraud and the identification, investigation and prosecution of all fraudulent activitiesProvide stakeholders with advice on the prioritization of fraud controls as well as an escalation route for ineffective operationReview and perform check off-shore team’s investigation activities on suspicious transactions, determination of holding customers liable for losses to safeguard the Bank’s interest and escalation of serious or syndicate fraud activities for further actionsEnsure investigations are conducted in a timely manner with full adherence to service standards and timelines set by the Bank and regulatorsProvide guidance/direction to mentor members of the team or develop their skillsHandle ad hoc projects as assigned
