POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager, Events & Promotions is responsible for assisting all promotion and event activities within the Company, job duties include but not limited in planning, organizing and directing of all activities for promotions. Ensure smooth execution of all promotion plans, well control promotion budgets and achieve business expectation and goals set by management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists Manager, Events & Promotions, in managing all key business relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth implementation of all sorts of programs.Assist to prepare program outlines, terms and conditions, budget and reports on a timely basis.Source key external agencies to support programs, ensure cost effectiveness and good relationships are established with key supportive agencies.Assist to maintain effective communication with club, operation teams and develop excellent promotion programs to all patrons.Liaise with Strategy and Analytics, Gaming Audit and Finance department in related to taxes, budget and levy issues.Monitor launched programs with clubs and other operation teams to ensure all procedures and policies are implemented as planned.Manage and analyse market research projects with focus on promotion programs and reports regularly.Monitor company policies and procedures related to Events and Promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Two years or more experiences in gaming marketing field and one year relevant management experience in event and promotion field. Displays high commitment to improve customer services.Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals.Encourages people to work as a team.Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.

Education

Degree Holder in relevant field.Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications.

Skills / Competencies

Excellent interpersonal and event management skills with strong customer services orientation.Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals.Encourages people to work as a team.Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin written and verbal skills are essential.Experience in Casino Promotions is an advantage.
