Come and play your part as our new E-commerce Executive/Assistant Manager! This new opportunity will drive B2C sales and market share growth on major platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. This role involves developing growth strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams, and optimizing e-commerce operations to maximize ROI. How can you make an impact? Drive Sales & Market Share: Lead initiatives to increase sales and market share of the company’s products on e-commerce platforms. Sales Targets & Forecasting: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring accurate demand and sales forecasting and efficient inventory management. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace teams and selling partners to ensure smooth operations. Campaign Management: Plan and execute high-impact sales promotion campaigns to boost visibility and maximize sell-through. Marketplace Hygiene: Monitor and ensure regular sanitization on marketplaces for greater customer experience and sales conversion optimization. Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, finance, operations) to share product ideas & market insights, and to optimize product visibility, inventory forecasting and order supply. Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace changes to refine strategies. You should apply if: Possess a natural passion for sales. You are self-motivated and a creative problem solver. Enjoy making data-driven decisions using strong analytical skills. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to lead campaigns and change management initiatives effectively. Exhibit strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. Have 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or business development, with prior experience on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
