About the Role

The position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role supports the Marketing Communications team by managing digital platforms, overseeing social media, executing online media buying, and analyzing digital marketing performance. The primary objective is to leverage digital channels to enhance AIA Myanmar’s online presence and achieve marketing goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that resonate with the local audience and align with AIA Myanmar’s brand voice.Manage AIA Myanmar’s social media presence, including monthly content planning, posting, and engagement with followers.Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement.Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform metrics. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and insights to inform future strategies.Plan and execute online media buying strategies, including budgeting, targeting, and optimizing digital ad placements.Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.Oversee the management of AIA Myanmar’s website and assist mobile app’s contents are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.Coordinate with developers and designers to improve site/app functionality and user experience.Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication. Build and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty and engagement.Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.Assist the Head of Marketing Communications with ad-hoc digital marketing tasks and special projects.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experiences in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, app and website management.Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration or related.Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools. Excellent project management and analytical skills. Fluency in both English and Myanmar language is preferred.
