Position Summary
Assist in the execution and coordination of the Samsung Finance Plus (SF+) platform, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives across retail, marketing, and partner management. The role includes campaign coordination, performance tracking, partner liaison, and daily platform operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, store activations, and customer-facing promotions. This role plays a key part in enabling the success of marketing strategies and SF+ business growth by supporting data-driven decisions and on-ground execution.Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy & Operations
Product Strategies : Assist in managing Sell-Out platform operations to align with sales channel needs and mobile business targets.Operation Strategies : Optimize the SF+ operational workflow to improve customer participation rates while reducing complexity at the storefront level.Partner Strategies : Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partners that align with SF+ platform goals and business direction.Campaign Strategies : Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns with the Mobile Trade team : From ideation, planning, and execution to post-campaign performance evaluation, ensuring each campaign is tailored to business needs and channel dynamics.Market Activation
Lead market activation planning and execution to ensure SF+ presence across retail stores is effective and timely.Oversee end-to-end POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) management: From design brief development, planning, coordination with logistics providers, to store-level delivery and setup.Track and monitor POSM deployment, store readiness, and campaign visibility using centralized trackers to ensure full operational rollout.Collaborate with the Marketing and Demand Generation teams to execute online marketing initiatives that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement for SF+ campaigns.Samsung Finance Plus (SF+) Platform Ownership
Ensure seamless operation and cross-functional alignment from front-end user experience to back-end systems and reporting.Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to expand SF+ store coverage nationwide.Optimize the SF+ operational workflow to improve customer participation rates while reducing complexity at the storefront level.Serve as the key contact point for any issues related to the SF+ platform; lead resolution and root cause tracking.Performance Reporting Monitoring & AnalysisAnalyze sell-out and SF+ performance data to identify business opportunities, channel trends, and areas for improvement.Support forecast, budgeting, and target-setting processes with analytical input and trend interpretation.Develop, maintain, track, and present SF+ performance reports (e.g., sales, attachment rate, approval rate, conversion).Platform Enhancement & Project Management
Act as Project Manager for all enhancement initiatives on the SF+ platform or other sell-out tools:Drive requirement gathering, timeline planning, testing, deployment, and issue escalation.Maintain a clear and updated enhancement tracker, including status, responsible parties, and key milestones.Regularly report progress to management and ensure alignment with business priorities.General & Ad Hoc
Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management or supervisor.Oversee internal processes such as approvals, PP/PO issuance, payment follow-ups, and document handling.Dealing and interaction with Internal and External Parties
Internal:
Sales Team – Collaborate closely to expand the Samsung Finance Plus (SF+) footprint across nationwide retail channels.Retail Team – Coordinate to ensure proper store activation and frontline execution of SF+ operations.Trade Marketing Team – Co-develop and evaluate campaign mechanics and promotional strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and channel readiness.Demand Generation / Marketing Team – Align on consumer communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption of SF+ offers.B2B and HQ Knox Guard Teams – Work jointly to maintain system integrity and ensure locking technology (e.g., Knox Guard) functions seamlessly.Legal Team – Ensure contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance related to SF+ platform and partner operations.External:
Dealers / Retail Partners – Support Samsung Finance Plus implementation, staff training, and issue resolution at storefronts.Financial Partners – Coordinate closely to ensure system integration, campaign setup, and offer deployment to customers.Logistics Providers – Manage and monitor delivery of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) to ensure timely and accurate support for store marketing and setup.Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.5-7 years of experience in sales operations, project management, or platform coordination with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Experience in telecom / mobile / retail / financial services is a plus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration to support cross-functional campaign execution and issue resolution.Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in using reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).Ability to synthesize performance data and support reporting for business analysis and marketing effectiveness.Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage operational complexity and deadlines.Ability to support strategic planning by gathering insights, tracking KPIs, and assisting in initiative execution.Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.Proactive, structured, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good inter-personal skills to synchronize and collaborate with other related partiesProficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking)Desirable:
Exposure to financial services, digital lending, or mobile device financing.Experience working as a project managementStrong problem identification and solution-oriented mindset, with ability to address issues proactively before they escalate.Comfortable working with Power BI or similar tools to assist in campaign performance visualization.Strategic mindset with interest in learning how platform initiatives contribute to business KPIs.Barriers to Success in Role:
