(Assistant) Manager, Data Analytics, HK Retirement

Data & analytics play a critical role in our business. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Assistant) Manager to join our Data & Analytics team who will play a vital role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining data assets, and uncovering insights of different functions areas within our retirement business.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Design and implement data marts to meet specific business needs and data architecture standards.
+ Work with IT/data architecture/engineer to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data mart, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
+ Implement data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis and reporting.
+ Design testing plans, develop and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and supervising mechanisms to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
+ Document technical specifications, data models, and code changes to ensure maintainability and clarity.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams (including such as sales, servicing, marketing, finance, call centre, etc) to formulate analytics use cases and data-driven solutions, develop roadmap and drive deliverables and KPIs, which will bring optimal value to our pension business
+ Present complex analytical findings and insights to different levels of stakeholders (mostly non-technical) through development of interactive and multi-dimensional dashboards, and presentations
+ Support ad-hoc data analysis within short turnaround time
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics and Statistics, or related fields with minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the insurance and financial sector. Experience in MPF and pension business is a plus
+ Proficiency in implementing and maintaining data mart, scheduling, monitoring, notification, and ETL processes using Azure Databricks, Python\Pyspark, SQL
+ Experience with ETL, data analytics visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
+ Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, etc.)
+ Experience in delivering impactful data-driven solutions end-to-end, from data exploration from scratch to final visualization, following by insight sharing and recommendation/solutions is a plus
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills in particularly able to convey complex data finding/insights to non-technical audiences
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently under pressure and tight timeline.
+ Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills. Self-initiative, proactive and can-do attitude as an individual and a team player and result oriented
+ Good knowledge in data governance and data quality principles
+ Demonstrate ability to learn other and new analytics and visualization tools/technologies
