Assistant Manager, Customer Development

At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future. **Customer Development Executive (CDE** ) at Nestlé – particularly within Nestlé Professional or the Starbucks channel – plays a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers (e.g., restaurants, hotels). + Conduct regular audits of customer locations to ensure brand compliance, product quality and availability to align with Nestle Starbucks standards + Identify new business opportunities and drive product placements (Starbucks at Nestlé solutions). + Execute field sales activities, promotions, and activation plans. + Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. + Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. **What will make you successful…** + 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer development (FMCG/HORECA preferred). + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. + Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. + Field-oriented with a customer-first mindset. + Valid driving license.
