Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Development Managers to cultivate and manage relationships with insurance brokers, fostering strong partnerships to drive business growth.Work independently to resolve complex cases, provide comprehensive case management, and collaborate across departments to drive sales performance.Support the Team Manager in enhancing office efficiency and streamlining sales processes within the insurance brokerage division.Assist the Team Manager in monitoring and evaluating sales activities, tracking performance metrics, and generating accurate sales forecasts and reports. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Deliver exceptional client service to brokers and business partners by providing comprehensive product information and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Proactively provide extensive sales and administrative support to the sales team, including preparing detailed sales reports, coordinating broker events, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration, and cashier) to drive sales initiatives and ensure smooth business operations.Offer ad hoc support to sales team members and business partners as needed.Facilitate broker onboarding, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful partnerships.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance transactions, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in insurance or brokerage management are highly desirable.At least 5 years of experience in sales support or brokerage management within the insurance industry.Proven experience in insurance sales, underwriting, claims, HNW business or premium financing is advantageous.Solid understanding of insurance products such as life, savings, medical, unit-linked, and universal life policies and processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex insurance concepts to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret insurance sales data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.Experience working with insurance broker management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of insurance quoting tools is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
