We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Platform Manager, Consumer Experience across 70+ brands and numerous technology services across HUL. 

 

This is a critical position responsible for overseeing the entire product roadmap / strategy of Data Driven Marketing, MarTech, AdTech and GenAI technology products within the organization. In this role, you will be the primary owner of the overall marketing technology stack, which form the backbone of our digital marketing strategies. This role is combining technical product management, consumer data analytics, and platform development expertise. This position will drive product strategy through data-driven insights while overseeing our platform's technical evolution. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Platform Deployment: 

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for our data, AI and Content/Commerce platform and consumer-facing products 

Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture decisions 

Drive business adoption while benchmarking capability with similar global solutions 

Balance business objectives with technical feasibility and resource constraints 

 

Data Analytics & Consumer Insights: 

Lead consumer behavior analysis and translate findings into actionable product features 

Design and implement data collection frameworks to capture meaningful consumer insights 

Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success and consumer engagement 

Create data visualization and reporting frameworks for stakeholder communication 

 

Platform Leadership: 

Oversee the technical architecture and evolution of our platform 

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance 

Guide integration strategies with third-party systems and APIs 

Lead technical decision-making for platform improvements 

Collaborate with DMC, CMI, Media and Global BG Digital teams in the market to drive capability development 

 

Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of product / platform management experience with technical products 

Strong background in web technologies, martech, data analytics and consumer behavior analysis 

Experience leading platform development and architecture decisions 

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

Master's in IT (preferred) 

Understanding of privacy landscape and technical dependencies in India 

Proven track record of successful product launches and platform scaling 

 

Technical Skills: 

Proficiency in SaaS technology platform management 

Understanding of machine learning and AI applications 

Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) 

Knowledge of API design and microservices architecture 

Knowledge of CRM, Chatbots, 1:1 Communications, GenAI enablements and other consumer touchpoint based data collection and insights generation 

Big Data collection, storage and search optimization 

 

Soft Skills: 

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities 

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills 

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities 

Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
