Assistant / Manager, Business Development
Job Summary

If you are looking for an opportunity in Business Development, Emerson has an excellent role for you! As an Assistant / Manager, Business Development, you will play a crucial role in building and implementing Lifecycle services plans by effectively driving the Lifecycle Business for actuations products. You will work closely with Lifecycle Services team and other functional teams within Asia Pacific. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Fully responsible to build and implement Lifecycle services plans for driving Lifecycle Business for Actuation products in the Asia Pacific. Conduct customer clusters analysis and provide support on account management and site account plan. Driver and coordinator for driving the lifecycle service plans by working with the regional sales team and channel partners directly. Lead the service engagement between Emerson and Channel partners by planning the service training and implementing service programs. Measure and report the performance against target goals in support of service sales objectives. Be a good teammate within Lifecycle Services and with other functional teams in the company. Regular contact / collaborating with peers, reports, sales channels, various functional departments, factories, cross divisions, world areas, etc. Who You Are:   You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. You handle and manage crises effectively. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.   For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in instrumentation and control systems or related industries. Ability to analyze sophisticated situations and ability to build and articulate strategies and plans of action. The skills for solution-based selling is a must. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
