Objectives:
Act as business partner for ECR China regarding controlling activities including reporting, business analysis, forecasting and planning. Perform and keep good communication channel with Business Unit, service platform and shared service center.

Main Tasks:
• Performance management of business unit including annual operational planning, monthly forecasting/ reporting of the business performance, forward-looking analyses and consistent with operational planning to identifying areas of improvement and optimization
• Performing market investment financial accounting activities, work with service unit and business team
• Monitor fixed cost development closely for business unit including functional cost charging from services and governance units，
• Responsible for cost center management, cost allocation, intercompany charges, month/year end closing activities and KPI monitoring
• Responsible for SIP (Sales incentive plan) calculation with input from BU and HR
• Enforcing financial policies and internal control procedures within the business unit in line with BASF policies
• Leading contract handling according to BASF and BU requirement
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.


• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration / economics and above
• At least 5 years’ experience in multinational company in finance and controlling area
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Solid and hands-on knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse; proficiency in MS office, Power BI, Tableau and database management highly preferred
• Team player who is strong in analytical thinking, conflict management, influencing & impact
