Job Duties:

Consolidate the par product information fro different business units Review on the non-guaranteed benefit evaluation mechanism and methodology Provide verification and justification on proposed par product actions Monitor and review the experience on the source of surplus as bonus distribution Provide guidance to different business units on par fund management Arrange and coordinate on par management committee  Participate in cross-departmental projects and iniaitives
