Job Description
This role involves managing two data analysts from another office and overseeing data processing related to high-volume invoicing and accounts receivable. You will be extensively utilizing Excel to handle hundreds of thousands of lines of data per monthly cycle. A significant aspect of this role includes managing rejections, where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical to prevent lost revenue.
ResponsibilitiesManage two data analysts located in another office.Oversee data processing for high-volume invoicing and accounts receivable.Utilize Excel extensively to process hundreds of thousands of lines of data monthly.Handle and resolve data rejections efficiently.Ensure timely submissions to prevent lost revenue.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable.Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.Proficiency in data processing.Knowledge of general ledger operations.Experience with EDI processing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Great Plains, WEX, SAP, Comdata, or any ERP system.Motivation and enthusiasm to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding office.Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or medical accounts receivable is potentially transferrable.Work Environment
This role is based in a newly renovated in-person office with a standard 8-5 schedule from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is available as needed. The office currently hosts 12 employees, with plans to double in size over the next 2-4 years. The environment offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
