Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant Location: Peterborough Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Support the team in completing month-end and year-end processes, including preparation for audits, preparation of journals, accruals, and prepayments. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger entries.

About you

Previous experience working within a transactional finance team AAT qualification or actively studying towards. Good understanding of excel and accounting systems Proactive, self motivated and keen to develop within a strong team
