Your Role:
As an Assistant Operator, you'll play a vital part in keeping our production lines running efficiently. You’ll work closely with experienced operators and gain valuable skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Rewinder Operators during daily operations

Operate and maintain high-speed equipment including winders, case packers, palletizers, and more

Support with product changeovers, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments

Monitor machines to ensure peak performance and clear any product jams

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What You Bring:

No experience required—we’ll provide all the training you need

Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

Basic math skills and ability to read both standard and metric measurements

Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn

A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
