We believe in beauty with a purpose and brands that inspire, no matter where they are in the world. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As our Assistant Line Operator, you are responsible for: Accepting direction and supervision from Line Lead Operator in executing job assignments and functions successfully and assisting with changeover of the line. Executing appropriate judgement in servicing the flow of production materials on and off the packaging line efficiently. To improve the global process reliability (GPR) and right first time (RFT) production of the packaging line through adequate supply of components (input materials) to the line and finished products (output) off the line. Adhering to all Coty Human Resource and Safety guidelines. **Your main focus:** + Assist the line operator with running the production line by clearing minor jams, responding to minor stops, supporting changeovers, and completing all necessary documentation. + Continuously feed the packaging line by unloading components from pallets onto machine feed hoppers, conveyor belts, skate racks, and component tables during production runs. + Ensure the production line is stocked with miscellaneous supplies (e.g., gloves, cleaning agents, trash buckets) at the start of each shift as directed. + Perform routine quality checks on products during the manufacturing process and accurately record results in the quality control system to ensure compliance with company standards. + Perform counts of remaining components and finished goods at the during production runs, accurately record quantities, and enter the data into enterprise resource planning (ERP) software SAP for inventory tracking. **Working for Coty means** our people make us who we are. Your ideas will count, fostering a career where you can achieve more than you ever imagined. **QUALIFICATIONS** We’d love to see candidates who have: **Essential:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Internal Candidates will be strongly considered. + Possesses the ability to execute simple counting, addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication mathematical calculations. **Desirable:** + Basic knowledge of equipment that require direct component replenishments into bins and hoppers. + Basic knowledge of the use of manual pallet jacks and electronic hand pallet trucks. + Basic understanding of the production packing process on the assigned line. + Ability to view and transact in SAP an OEE tool fundamentally through training. + Teamwork with Line Operators, other Material Handlers, and GPWs on the production line. **OUR BENEFITS** As our Assistant Line Operator, this is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
