Join us and see your vision shape the future of our sales excellence. **Your responsibilities** Sales & Business Management •Own and manage the e-commerce P&L for key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Redmart, Pandamart, TikTok Shop, etc. •Develop and execute customer-specific business plans to meet sales, share, and profitability targets. •Lead commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and platform relationship management. •Monitor channel performance and proactively identify growth opportunities and challenges. Campaign Planning & Execution •Collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams to develop integrated campaign calendars. •Lead execution of monthly sales activations, mega campaigns, and new product launches. •Optimize media, pricing, promo mechanics, and assortment to drive conversion and ROI. Data & Insights •Track key performance metrics: sales, market share, CTR, conversion, basket size, ROAS, and inventory health. •Use platform dashboards and internal tools to derive insights and make data-led decisions. •Share regular performance reports and actionable recommendations with internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration •Work closely with supply chain, finance, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and stock availability. •Align on promotional calendars, forecasts, content, and platform-specific requirements. •Act as the internal voice of the customer by sharing trends and platform-specific insights. **The experience we're looking for** •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. •3–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, key account management, or trade marketing – ideally in FMCG. •Proven track record of managing e-commerce accounts and achieving sales targets. •Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail dynamics, and digital KPIs. •Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with numbers and dashboards. •Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills. •Agile, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. **The skills for success** Key Account Management, Account Management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data, Field sales; Field sales management, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Perform product planning, Business accumen; financial accumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
