JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Execute audit assignments from Planning to Reporting within planned timelines.

Prepares audit scope, audit program for various business processes/ functions/ locations.

Carries out audit test in line with the audit program.

Follow up on open audit actions/exceptions raised in prior audits and perform remediation testing for final closure.

Monitoring the implementation of recommendations and performance of follow-up audits.

Review investigation reports and agree on sanctions with BI Officer.

Co-ordination and support to Corporate Audit teams when in country.

Shares responsibility with the other members of the audit team for the achievement of internal audit targets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

First Degree or equivalent in accounting or other numerical courses.

Should be a Qualified Accountant.

Experience in Auditing in Manufacturing or FMCG industry (either External or Internal Audit). At least 3years.

Understanding of accounting principles.

Great communication & documentation skills

Ability to work in a team.

Experience identifying risks and opportunities

Incisive Analytical Ability especially Root Cause Analysis
