DescriptionTo supports the HR Department in various day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management & development, and benefits administration. Also handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities\nAssisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires. \nAddressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. \nAssisting with performance reviews, tracking employee performance, and providing feedback to employees. \nSupporting employee development initiatives. \nAssisting with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. \nEnsuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting with the development and implementation of new policies. \nMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. \nEntering and updating employee information in Eagle HR systems, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. \nPayroll Support: Payroll processing by providing necessary data like attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
\n\nGeneral HR Administration:\nHandling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR correspondence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompliance:\nEnsuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations ie. Provident fund, Social security and etc.\n Must able to communicate in fluent English.
