For remote work outside PA/NJ/DE/MD, employment will be through a third party._ Hours: M-F, Daylight Salary: Minimum $50,398.40 – Midpoint $62,046.40– Maximum $73,694.40 (approved offer reliant on experience and education) (The role involves on-site presence for the first 6 months with the possibility of remote work after the introductory period is complete) Or This position is based in Philadelphia but is eligible to be performed remotely from within the United States. For remote work outside PA/NJ/DE/MD, employment will be through a third party. Accountabilities Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application within the UPHS health system under the direction of a senior analyst. Responsibilities include testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects. Works with cross functional application teams and UPHS clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application. Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols. Minimum Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Healthcare experience in IT preferred. Required Skills and Abilities Good customer service orientation and ability to follow through issues to resolution. Knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools and query language Ability to troubleshoot, research and solve problems Detail oriented, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills required.
